WATCH: Brazilian indigenous women march to defend their rights and territories

Hundreds of indigenous women gathered in Brasilia to begin the third Indigenous Women’s March, aimed at defending women’s rights and protesting against the “argument of the times”, a bill voted by the Supreme Court.

The Court is evaluating the legality of the bill, according to which native peoples should not have rights to lands where they were not present in 1988, when the current Constitution was ratified.
