Two children killed after mass stabbing and home set on fire in New York

New York, NY - Four people are dead and one is in critical condition after a stabbing in Queens, New York.  The NYPD was involved in a fatal shooting in Queens Sunday morning after a domestic dispute left four people dead.  A man fatally shot four people inside a Far Rockaway home on Beach 22nd Street.  Police say the suspect then set the house on fire as he fled but it was a small fire and was put out by a sprinkler system.  Police say the man confronted responding officers in the street and slashed two of them, before officers fatally shot him.  One person is in critical condition.  The two NYPD officers who were shot were taken to Jamaica Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  The investigation is ongoing. Four individuals had been killed and three others injured after a stabbing in New York.

Police had been known as to the Far Rockaway neighborhood in Queens early Sunday morning and discovered the stabbing victims in a home that had been set on fire.

Two adults and two children had been killed in the assault.

Then the male suspect stabbed two cops, the BBC reviews, and then one of many officers was shot and injured. The suspect was taken to hospital however was pronounced useless on arrival.

In a press briefing at Jamaica Hospital, police confirmed they acquired a 911 name at 5.10am native time, when ‘a younger feminine caller stated her cousin is killing her household’.
