Traffic restrictions are expected on the Riga ring road (Salaspils-Babīte) (A5) from Wednesday to Friday. At kilometer 22, there will be limited traffic on the overpass over the local road Tīraine-Jaunolaine (V13) due to repair works, representatives of VSIA “Latvijas valsts ceļi” (LVC) informed.
Traffic at the work site in the Salaspils direction will be organized along one lane with traffic signs and guideposts, the maximum speed limit will be 50 kilometers per hour. In addition, a specially equipped warning vehicle will be located in front of the repair area during the work.
LVC calls on drivers to pay attention to changes in traffic organization and to drive carefully.
