To protect American data, all federal agencies must remove TikTok from phones and systems, Office of Management and Budget Director Shalanda Young told the agencies.
The measure does not affect the more than 100 million Americans who use TikTok on personal or business devices. But the House Foreign Affairs Committee will vote Tuesday on a bill that would authorize President Joe Biden to ban TikTok
