Ukraine has been invited as an observer to the defense cooperation organization called the Joint Expeditionary Force (JEF), Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson announced at a press conference on Friday at the summit of the organization’s leaders in Sweden, in which Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi participated via video conference.
