(RockedBuzz via Reuters) – Schaeffler has acquired French industrial firm ECO-Adapt, the German auto supplier said on Friday.
This acquisition aims to strengthen the Bavarian company’s industrial division, with ECO-Adapt specializing in energy consumption, Schaeffler said in a statement.
The acquisition is expected to close in the first half of 2023, it added, without disclosing the transaction price.
