On Thursday evening, an emergency government decree was published, which stated that the environmental protection authority contract will be introduced, which may give the opportunity to avoid fines or closure due to environmental protection rule violations with a contract.

Today, the Ministry of Energy reacted to the case, whose press department wrote in a statement that

according to the government’s intentions, this rule applies only to operational metallurgical plants. Not for battery factories.

The press department also added that the related clarification will be published in the Gazette next week.
