Jurak has been fighting in the Ukrainian International Legion since the fall of 2022.
He is the first known Estonian who died while fighting in Ukraine.
The International Territorial Defense Legion of Ukraine was established shortly after the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022.
