Benefits can be granted as compensation for teachers to subjects who, after the termination of the contract, have not undertaken any professional activity. They are only entitled to reach the ordinary retirement age or to the right to early retirement. The conditions have been set in the Teacher Compensation Benefits Act of 22 May 2009.

Teacher allowance. Who is entitled to?
Compensatory teacher benefits may be claimed by a teacher who has worked in specific educational institutions. They will be:in.:
public and private kindergartens, public and non-public schools with the rights of public schools, educational centers for young people, special schools and educational centers.
The plaintiff must first of all reach the age that gives him the right to receive the benefit. The following are available to people who graduated in the years indicated:
2021-2022 – 55 years for women and 59 years for men, 2023-2024 – 55 years for women and 60 years for men, 2025-2026 – 56 years for women and 61 years for men, 2027- 2028 – 57 years for women and 62 for men, 2029-2030 – 58 for women and 63 for men, 2031-2032 – 59 for women and 64 for men.
The beneficiaries must also:
have a contributory and non-contributory period, pursuant to the law on pensions and pensions of the Social Security Fund, equal to 30 years (including 20 years of work in the above units) of at least 1/2 of the compulsory workload; terminate the employment relationship (or when the employment relationship expires) due to total or partial liquidation of the school, and therefore there is no longer the possibility of hiring a specific full-time teacher.
Where to submit the application?
The application can be submitted both at the Social Security Institute structure and electronically via the PUE platform, not earlier than 30 days before the occurrence of the conditions or not earlier than 30 days before the date on which the applicant intends to switch to performance. To do this, submit an application and attach supporting documents to it:
ER-6 contributory and non-contributory periods, accrued salary, length of service, military service period, parental leave, non-agricultural activity and nursing allowance declaration.
