Taiwan reports Chinese ‘combat patrols’

TAIPEI – Taiwan’s protection ministry stated it detected 23 Chinese air power planes working over the island and conducting “joint fight readiness patrols” with Chinese warships on Friday, forward of high-level talks between China and the US in Thailand.
