The creative dance concert performance “Balts” is made with new music, new choreographies and a new artistic solution, in which stage dance and the art of Latvian artists come together. A white thread runs through it, like a path from which to start, form and not get lost, to take as a basis and in which to be in constant development.

“Balts” is a diverse collaboration of 18 choreographers with 18 new dances that reveal seven essences important to a Latvian – they are childhood, nature, work, land, living, purity and being. Multifacetedness and purity of Latvian at the same time.
The artistic leaders of the dance concept are Dace Advilione, Reinis Rešetins and Taiga Ludborža, the director is Inga Cipe, the video scenographer is Ineta Sipunova.
The live broadcast from the “Balts” concert and the video after the end of the live broadcast will also be available in the app LMT Smart TV and TVNET.
