Oleksiy Danilov, the secretary of Ukraine’s National Security Council, said on Sunday that Russia was holding Minsk “as a nuclear hostage”. Danilov added that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s idea of deploying tactical nuclear weapons in ally Belarus would only lead to internal destabilization of the country.
