A pub owner has hit again at a buyer who referred to as him an ‘offended little man’ in a scathing review.
Heath Ball is the owner of the Red Lion & Sun pub in Highgate, and he was ‘baffled’ when a buyer helped themselves to the frozen cocktail machine as if it had been free.
The punter left a three-star review on TripAdvisor, saying there was nobody to pour the drinks and clear glasses close by, main her to imagine the drinks had been free.
But the 50-year-old buyer has slammed Heath and says that it’s robust sufficient for the pubs to generate profits with out giving out free alcohol.
The review stated: We then went to take a seat outdoors and there was a frozen margarita stand with a pouring machine with nobody there to pour and no indicators explaining that this was not a complimentary drink or the place to pay so I assumed the glasses had been clear on the stand they had been free.
‘I used to be then greeted by a impolite man who demanded I pay for the drink once I defined I assumed it was suggestive because of the lack of signage and stated I wasn’t ready to pay £12 for a drink I assumed was He was free to take it there. the drink and poured it away and got here again with a moderately aggressive gesture which was probably not wanted.
‘It’s a pub that is meant to be a enjoyable setting and on this case the client wasn’t proper!!!

‘Lol what a disgrace in regards to the offended little man who occurred to be the supervisor then storming round me.’
But Heath says it is not ‘rocket science’ to know that it’s a must to pay for drinks in a pub.
He informed MailOnline: ‘In all of the years I’ve had the machine, no-one has ever carried out that, it is pissed me off.
‘We’re so busy, so it is loopy to suppose that the drinks are there for the taking at no cost.
‘She was consuming all day and it’s clearly marketed with indicators in regards to the costs of those drinks.
‘If it was free, we might have a queue across the block, it is simply a silly excuse.
‘This is the primary time it has occurred, as a result of nobody has ever carried out this, as a result of they know they don’t seem to be free.
‘Why would I’ve a free margarita stand sitting right here?
‘It’s laborious to make a lot of cash at the second, not to mention give away alcohol at no cost.
‘She obtained upset once I confirmed her the signal [and then she] she took a photograph and put it on her TripAdvisor.’
