Premier League clubs are eyeing a potential summer move for Juventus and England starlet Samuel Iling-Junior, 90 minutes he understands.
Iling-Junior joined Juventus in 2020 after spending nine years in Chelsea’s youth academy, rejecting advances from PSG, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund to join the Italian giants.
The 19-year-old has since spent some time in the Juventus Next Gen squad before being called up to the first team in 2022. Iling-Junior has made 11 appearances for Max Allegri’s senior side, netting two assists and impressing the Juventus fans with his immediacy and energy.
The youngster has also recently impressed for the England Under-20 squad, scoring in a 2-0 win against Germany during the international break in March.
90 minutes understands Iling-Junior’s progress and Juventus’ current difficult financial situation have led Manchester City, Newcastle United and former club Chelsea to be interested in a potential summer move for the striker.
German clubs Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are also said to be fans of the player, with the latter having been a hotbed for young English talent to develop into in recent years.
Any potential transfer for Iling-Junior will no doubt be complicated, and made that much more expensive, by the fact that the young Englishman recently signed a contract extension until 2025.

Iling-Junior is one of many exciting youngsters to break into the Juventus first team in 2022/23.
Alongside the England striker, Italian duo Fabio Miretti and Nicolo Fagioli have become regulars in Juventus squads, with the latter even scoring in a recent Derby d’Italia win over Inter Milan at the Allianz Stadium.
19-year-old Argentinian Matias Soule also found his way into Max Allegri’s schemes, scoring his first goal for the club in a win against Sampdoria in early March.
