The race for the United State Senate seat being vacated by retiring incumbent Republican Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania could determine partisan control of the upper congressional chamber in the November midterm elections, which are now only 57 days away.
Democrat John Fetterman, the Keystone State’s lieutenant governor, is hoping to defeat Republican Mehmet Oz, a retired heart surgeon who was endorsed by former President Donald Trump.
The two campaigns have been trading personal barbs for months. But on Monday, Fetterman released a new ad striking right at the heart of Doctor Oz’s claim to fame – his career as a talk show doctor.

“Too bad there’s no miracle cure for being a total fraud,” Fetterman tweeted along with the fifty-four-second spot that showcases Oz as “the TV doctor who knows how to sell America on what he prescribes,” which Fetterman alleges includes unproven “miracle cures” for personal ailments.
