The intelligence agency summarized its findings in two points:
- Recently increased dramatically for those a the number of railway accidents, which occurred in Russia’s border areas with Ukraine. Moscow usually labels these accidents as partisan activity. Sabotage actions will almost certainly cause disruptions in the movement of Russian war material.
- Although the Russian military can usually repair this damage quickly, the continuous attacks put serious pressure on the people of homeland securitywho are likely unable to protect the vast Russian infrastructure as a whole.
