Fraudsters often hide behind the lie that they represent “Latvijas Pasta”. Ieva says that she also recently received an e-mail from “Latvijas Pasta” with a warning that additional payments must be made in order to receive her shipment.
However, Ieva immediately understood that something was wrong, because the e-mail was full of typographical errors and other signals, which made it clear that the e-mail did not come from “Latvijas Pasta”.
