Renovation of the first floor of the building near the fountain has begun in the Riga City Hall.
As informed in the Riga city council, SIA “UL nami” won the procurement for repair works. According to the contract, the first floor lobby of the Town Hall building will be repaired by the end of August.
The total procurement amount is 142,000 euros, of which the repair of the lobby of the first floor of the town hall will be carried out for 51,000 euros.
According to “Firmas.lv” data, SIA “UL nami” was registered in 2002. The share capital of the company is 2,840 euros. The company belongs to Uldis Liekniņas. Last year, the company worked with a turnover of 270,000 euros and a loss of less than 18,000 euros.
