Last month, the first ones were leaked render Of Nothing Phone (2)probably the most talked about phone of the last few weeks.
Carl Peithe head of Nothinghe said but they were completely wrong. Strategy? Maybe not. After the official teaser a few days ago, now @evleaks releases the official images for the press of the successor to the excellent Nothing Phone (1), which in fact reveal some rather different aspects from CAD of early June, but they don’t seem to completely wrong.
Compared to the predecessor, we note a retro slightly curved (confirmed by the teaser) and a different Glyph LED arrangement. This seems to be the biggest news.
If indeed Nothing Phone (1) had a central strip unique with 12 customizable LED lighting zones, we now have a central part divided into 6 sections and as many as 33 lighting zones, of which 16 are zones only in the upper right part.
However, this information confirms the CAD imageshence why according to Carl Pei they were wrong? From the new images we can appreciate frames and a flat screen, while the renders suggest the existence of frames slightly curved and one screen curved on the edges (of the 2.5D type).
However, the two do not change rear camerasthe power button on the right, the volume rockers on the left and the interrupts for the antennas.
From the pictures we can also appreciate themes different depending on the color, both for backgrounds and icons and for widgets.
As for the specs, we know the phone will be equipped with one screen 6.7 inch, SoC Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 e drums from 4700 mAh. Unknown at the moment the characteristics of the photographic sector, but we can tell you that it looks very promising, as you can judge for yourself by taking a look at our shots taken with the device.
