According to the statement, the heavy rains and sudden weather changes of the past few weeks caused disruptions in several areas of the country.
Flows of water and flash floods due to rapidly falling precipitation almost 500 kilometers of roads were affected. Magyar Közút specialists intervened in almost 200 locations in addition to their scheduled mowing, garbage collection and pavement repair activities, they announced.
The rushing water carried mud and mud onto the roads in many places, and in some cases trees fell due to the loosened soil. Professionals almost 200,000 square meters were remedied, manual and mechanical pavement cleaning, drainage ditches and benches were cleaned, they said.
