PRAGUE (RockedBuzz via Reuters) – Czech car production grew 10.2% to 1.218 million vehicles in 2022 despite challenges from chip shortages, supply chain snags and rising energy prices, it said. the country’s Automotive Industry Association (AutoSAP) said on Wednesday.
“We need to prepare for the ongoing volatility and swings in 2023,” said AutoSAP President Martin Jahn. “But I believe the disruptions will be short-term and overall we will continue to bring production back to pre-crisis levels.”
