Salesforce would combine OpenAI’s solution with its own artificial intelligence, EinsteinGPT, and the tool would mainly support customers in tasks such as email drafts, customer account information and computer code generation. And ChatGPT moved to Slack would help to summarize the conversations of company employees and handle other queries, writes the Reuters.
More and more technology companies are announcing that they would move chatbots into their workplace software in some form. Microsoft, for example, would integrate artificial intelligence into its conference application called Teams, similar to Slack. Salesforce also announced the launch of a financial fund that would invest in generative AI startups.
