On Tuesday, Russian troops carried out a missile strike in the city of Pervomaysk in the Kharkiv region. 35 people, including ten children, were injured in the attack, Oleh Sinehubov, the head of the Kharkiv region administration, announced.
A ten-month-old child is in intensive care, Sinehubov said. The Russians fired an “Iskander” missile, which hit the square next to a nine-story residential building.
“It is known about 35 victims, ten children, one ten-month-old child is in intensive care.
If we take into account the buildings that were damaged, then they are nine multi-storey buildings, if we take into account the people whose houses were damaged – they are almost two thousand people,” Sinehubov said.
He added that there are no military or industrial facilities there. “It is exclusively a residential area,” Sinehubov said.
