“The Russians shelled the central part of the city this morning. High-rise buildings and private residential buildings were extensively damaged,” Kirilenko said.
Andriy Yermak, the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, revealed that 16 apartment buildings, eight private houses, a pre-school institution, the building of the State Tax Inspectorate in Kostyantinivka, gas lines and three cars were damaged.
Yermak also reported that six people were killed and eight wounded.
