Archicom, a member of the Echo Investment Group, which is majority-owned by Wing and listed as the largest real estate development company in Poland, and which carries out residential developments within the group, carried out a share issue of 10 million shares with a total value of 220 million zlotys.
Archicom will primarily use the funds received through the successful capital raising for land purchases necessary for further investments. Archicom plans to start the development of nearly 2,500 apartments by the end of 2023, and then the goal is to sell 4,000 apartments in Poland every year.
